Admission and Tuition

Step 1: Book A Tour

**Tours are available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am, 11am, 1:30pm, or

2:15pm. Make it so we can have a maximum of two people to book a time slot at a time.

Step 2: Complete an Application

Complete the application for IGLC and submit the $75 application fee.
If applicable, request a Teacher Recommendation and School Records and have them email directly to info@intentionallygreat.org
After the review of the application, an administrator will call to schedule a meeting for prospective IGLC families (parents and students attend).
You will be notified by phone or letter, as soon as possible, of the status of your child’s application for enrollment. Upon acceptance, the registration fee will then be due. The Matriculation Fee will be due in May or upon acceptance if after May.

PreK 3&4

Parents of 3- and 4-year-olds should follow these steps first:

Apply to preschool: Interested preschool parents should complete the Pre K3&4 application, which is specific to our preschool families.

Provide records: Additionally, while no academic testing is required for preschool admissions, IGLC will need a copy of the child’s birth certificate and immunization record and a GA Form 3300 (ear, eye and dental check) for students four years of age and older.

Ensure your child is toilet-trained: To allow our talented teachers time to attend to each child best, we kindly ask that children be fully potty-trained before enrolling.

Kindergarten

Complete an admissions test: This is a grade-specific readiness test.

Get a recommendation: Applicants must have a teacher recommendation.

Next Steps

Once an application has been submitted and all grade-level requirements have been fulfilled, families will meet with staff for an interview. If our Micro Christian preschool is a right fit for your family, IGLC will provide details about finalizing enrollment and information about the upcoming school year.

Tuition

2024-2025 School Year

Preschool PreK3-PreK4

Application Fee: $75 (due at submission of application-non refundable)

Enrollment Fee: $50 (due at time of notification of acceptance-non refundable)

Matriculation fee: $250 (This fee covers books and curriculum materials. The matriculation fee covers items such as curriculum, achievement testing, technology & equipment, software subscriptions, accreditation and association dues, online enrollment fees etc. Please note that this fee is not purchasing these items but defraying costs, and if a student withdraws, these materials remain the property of IGLC.)

Part-time: (til 12pm)-$7000 yearly Monthly-$700 Semi-Annually-$ 3500

PrePay Annually-$6650

Full-time: $9000 yearly (10mos) Monthly-$900 Semi-Annually-$4500

PrePay Annually-$8550

*June and July, we host a Summer Learning Program for Preschool students to prepare them for the upcoming year.

Kindergarten-3rd Grade

**Families will receive a 3% discount on additional children

Additional Fees for IGLC includes, but are not limited to:

Fees for participating in before and/or after school care
Larger field trips (most field trips are included)
IGLC polo shirt. Required for Wonder Wednesday’s off-campus learning field trips.

Extended Day School Services

Until 6:30pm ($70 Weekly, but paid monthly ($280), bi-annually ($1400), or yearly ($2500)
Until 4:30pm ($60 Weekly, but paid monthly ($240), bi-annually ($1200), or yearly ($2160)

Before Care

Beginning at 7am ($45 weekly, but paid monthly ($180), bi-annually ($900), or yearly ($1600)
