Our aim is to assist in the development of self-esteem and self-confidence. We believe that individual success in life is heavily dependent on setting and accomplishing goals and our goal is to teach our youth how to master this so that they have the key to unlock the greatness within. Intentionally Great Inc.  which is the not-for-profit entity that the Diesel Boys are established under; is built firmly on the foundation of unity. Therefore, we encourage and support involvement of the family and the community.

The Diesel Boys Organization fully understandsthe dynamics of youth, family and our community. Therefore, education and the proper social development for our youth is important. We are inviting you to partner with us, whether it is by way of your time (as a Mentor) or through your financial contributions.
